THE Chilterns Craft Show will showcase handmade crafts for homes and gardens from August 26-29 at Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames. There will be food and drink in the Good Food Live area, live music, features, displays and a show garden. It is open from 9.30am-5.30pm (5pm on Friday). THE Chalfont St Giles Show has been in the first Saturday of September for decades and this year's theme is Down On The Farm. Livestock will be on display and there will be plenty of family entertainment with local magician, Dee Riley, the companion dog show and more. It will be on September 3 from 11am at the Stone and Silsden Meadows, south of Pheasant Hill, Chalfont St Giles. LEARN to Jive with a class brought to you by two friends keen on all things vintage. Maddy's Jiving School is starting a ten week course for beginners. WEST Wycombe Art Group's Annual Summer Exhibition will be opened by Lady Dashwood on August 26. There will be 28 artists exhibiting more than 400 pieces over the five days. This year's featured artist is Sylvia Andrews who trained as an illustrator before setting up her own illustration and graphic design business. The exhibition runs at West Wycombe village hall from Friday, August 26 to Tuesday, August 30. On Friday and Tuesday it will be open 10am-5pm and 10am-6pm the other days. Entry is free.
